End User License Agreement

This EULA defines how Codepack Premium and Codepack Pro may be used, how license activation works, and which limited licensing data may be processed to prevent abuse.

License Grant

Codepack is licensed, not sold.
A paid purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased plan under this agreement.
The license scope remains subject to the product tier, payment confirmation, and anti-abuse protections described in the legal pages.

Activation and Device Binding

Your license key is issued after PayPal confirms a completed payment.
You may be asked to complete the hosted /codepackAuth/ sign-in flow, which validates your username, email, and license key before returning a short-lived signed auth grant to Codepack.
The first approved activation binds the license to one device at a time in the current Stage 1 implementation.
If a different device requests activation, a re-verification email may be required before the binding changes.

Usage Limitations

You may not share or resell license keys beyond the scope of the purchased license.
You may not attempt to bypass activation, payment verification, or device re-verification controls.
You may not use Codepack or its packaged assets to create a competing commercial product without written permission.

License-Security Data

Codepack transmits only the username or email identifier, license key, short-lived auth grant, hashed device fingerprint, OS or platform, extension version, and timestamps needed for licensing and abuse prevention.
No source code, file names, prompts, repository contents, or customer project data are sent for licensing.
Payment processing is handled by PayPal and transactional emails are sent through Resend.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate paid access for fraud, payment abuse, or material violations of this agreement. If a license is lawfully revoked, you must stop using the affected paid features.
