Terms of Service

License Grant

• Paid users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Codepack Premium under these terms.
• Codepack is licensed, not sold, and all intellectual property rights remain with Nikolasify Art.
• One-time Premium purchases keep access to the purchased Premium tier, subject to these terms and lawful enforcement measures.

Payments

• Payments are processed by PayPal.
• A license is considered paid only after the PayPal webhook verification flow confirms the completed transaction.
• We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.
• Prices are generally shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

Activation and Device Binding

• Your license key is delivered by email after payment confirmation.
• The optional hosted /codepackAuth/ page validates your username, email, and license key and returns a short-lived signed auth grant to the Codepack app.
• The first successful activation binds the license to one active device in Stage 1.
• If a different device attempts activation, Codepack may require email approval before the active device binding changes.
• We may revoke or deny activation when payment is incomplete, the license is revoked, or abuse is detected.

Restrictions

1. You may not share license keys in ways that exceed the permitted license scope.
2. You may not tamper with payment verification, webhook processing, or device-verification protections.
3. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute Codepack without written permission.
4. You may not use Codepack to build or materially assist a competing product.

Refund Policy

• One-time Premium purchases are eligible for refund review within 14 days of purchase.
• Refund requests must be sent to refund@nikolasifyart.com from the purchase email address.
• We may deny refunds for clear abuse, repeated chargeback behavior, or extensive misuse after successful activation, subject to applicable law.
• If a paid plan is discontinued without equivalent replacement, we may provide a reasonable refund or service credit where legally required.

Updates and Future Plans

Codepack may evolve into additional plan tiers in the future. Existing one-time Premium purchases keep their purchased Premium-tier access and any explicit grandfathered rights communicated at the time of the change.

Termination

• We may suspend or revoke a license for fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
• Upon lawful revocation or termination, you must stop using the affected paid access.
• Sections concerning ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute handling survive termination.

Warranty and Liability

Except where required by law, Codepack is provided "as is" without additional warranties. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to the paid service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected purchase during the previous 12 months.
